The SPPS Boys Basketball team finished the season with a record of 14-0 after winning the OTL Tournament Championship 35-33 against Centralia on February 9. The championship game saw a number of momentum swings. The first half was tight throughout and Centralia hit a 3-pointer in the final seconds of the second quarter to take a 17-12 halftime lead. In the 3rd quarter, the Trojans outscored the Panthers 19-7 to take a 31-24 lead. The Panthers worked their way back into the game and the score was tied 33-33 with less than a minute to go in the game. The Panthers were holding the ball for the last shot until Cole Kramer stole the ball and made the go ahead basket with 4.9 seconds remaining. Centralia got off one last shot that bounced off the backboard to give the Trojans the victory and cap off an undefeated season. The Trojans B team also finished with an undefeated record.
